To work with MCL-Agent software for the MCL-Mobility Platform, you need a MCL-Mobility Platform Subscription Account. Please contact us for instructions on how to obtain your subscription.

MCL-Agent versions up to 4.04Pxx are ONLY compatible with legacy Windows (WM/CE) devices running MCL Voice V3 applications.  Installing the incorrect version of the MCL-Agent might result in un-enrollment of the mobile devices in your MCL-Mobility Platform Account. Contact MCL-Technologies tech-support should you have any questions regarding the compatibility of the MCL-Agent in your specific project/s.







MCL-DOM Download



MCL-Voice V4 with
1.3 Mobility Platform Account or
MCL-DOM

MCL-Agent versions 4.07Pxx are ONLY compatible with MCL-Mobility Platform version 1.3.x and MCL-DOM
Installing the incorrect version of the MCL-Agent might result in un-enrollment of the mobile devices in your MCL-Mobility Platform Account. Contact MCL-Technologies tech-support should you have any questions regarding the compatibility of the MCL-Agent in your specific project/s.










MCL-DOM Download



MCL-Voice V4 with
1.4 Mobility Platform Account
(MCL-DOM not supported)

MCL-Agent versions 4.08Pxx and above are ONLY compatible with MCL-Mobility Platform version 1.4.x (not compatible with MCL-DOM)
Installing the incorrect version of the MCL-Agent might result in un-enrollment of the mobile devices in your MCL-Mobility Platform Account.
