Industry Standards

MCL-Bridge for WebServices is based on industry standards for when two systems interchange data over the Web. It utilizes Web Services Description Language (WSDL), an XML based language, which is used for describing the functionality offered by a Web Service.
Furthermore, it is based on Microsoft's MSXML Library, which makes it easy to integrate as there is a wide community of Web Services developers implementing their Web Services on same standards.

Not only will this result in shorter application development times, it also benefits the overall implementation costs.

Flexible Network Architecture

Servers running instances of MCL-Net with the Bridge for WebServices may be co-located or geographically distributed.
Geographically separated MCL-Net servers with the Brdige for WebServices may be connected over your corporate LAN or over the internet. Your MCL-Net with the Bridge for WebServices may even be at a completely different physical location than your mobile computers.
One instance of MCL-Net with the Bridge for WebServices can handle your WLAN communications; another can handle your GPRS or UMTS WWAN mobile worker communications.
